Podcasting can help children develop their oral language skills and gives them the chance to refine their skills without the pressure of a whole class watching while expanding their audience at the same time. Children can record more than once and so are given more chances to succeed and therefore build confidence in their speaking skills. The ability to use photos with the podcast can add another dimension to their presentations.
